The following are terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and HauntedEnterprises.com:
By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the bound terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this website.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, Pay Pal, Money Orders, Checks, and Wire Transfers.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS OR RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS
- All shipping costs will be added to total order.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Shipping Charges May be adjusted due to weights, sizes, location of delivery in the world and will be added to total invoice.
- Any sales tax will be applied, where applicable.
- All products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from date of invoice
- Accessories are sold separately. Photos may vary from actual products.
- HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM is not responsible for typo errors on descriptions, pricing, and images.
- No C.O.D. orders.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY BE ADDED DUE TO
WEIGHT / SIZES / AND LOCATION OF DELIVERY. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE DELIVERY WE OFFER NO TERMS OR DATING
Any short shipped items, we must be notified within 48 Hours of time of delivery Returns and Cancellations:
- Products may be returned within 5 days of receiving the product.
- There will be a 50% restocking fee on orders returned within 10 days of receiving the product.
- There will be no returns on masks at any time period unless received defective.
- Product damage claims must be made to HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM within 2 days of delivery.
WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS AFTER OCTOBER 15TH
- No used products will be credited.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS OF ANY ANIMATRONIC AFTER 5 DAYS ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION / PACKAGING OF HOW YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS
- There will be no cancellations allowed in excess of 7 days after placing an order. In addition, orders in the process of being shipped cannot be cancelled, however you may contact us for a return within 2 days once you receive the order.
- All items purchased prior to Oct. 31ST cannot be returned must be returned within 2 days. Any items purchased after Oct. 31st will be subject to the regular return policy stated above.
HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM is not responsible for any delays in shipments due to trucking co's delays / air delays / sea delays/ customs clearance delays.
We will not refund any orders or take returns due to these issues out of HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM control.
Please allow extra delivery times for all international orders.
All claims/shortages, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery.
Any non-deliveries or lost deliveries HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM is not responsible for without proper time notification.
Orders placed from July of the calendar year to Oct 31st of the calendar year; HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM will not accept any claims after Oct 31st of non-receipt of goods or damages.
HAUNTEDENTERPRISE.COM is not responsible for any Duties or Taxes.
In no event will HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM or any of its representatives be liable for any damages or injuries that they may occur, related to any products sold through HAUNTEDENTERPRISE.COM online business, retail business or wholesale business.
Except as WARNING: products on this web site might contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm in accordance with California's Prop 65 expressly stated herein, HAUNTEDENTERPRISED.COM makes no representations or complied of any kind with respect to products sold.
If for any reason HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM has to turn your account for lack of payment to a collection agency you will be responsible for all Attorney / Court / or any other fees that occur to collect the debt.
HAUNTEDENTERPRISES.COM has the right to change shipping methods on any order placed.
